Can we customize our wedding burger menu?
Absolutely. We work with couples to curate a selection of our signature smash burgers and sides. We can also tailor the menu with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-friendly options to ensure every guest is taken care of.
How many guests can you serve at a wedding?
Our efficient systems are designed for high-volume speed without sacrificing quality. We comfortably serve wedding groups from 10 to 500+ guests. For very large celebrations, we can deploy multiple trucks or a hybrid truck/service station approach.
Do you handle dietary restrictions for our guests?
Yes. We take dietary needs seriously. We offer gluten-friendly buns, vegan patties, and dairy-free options. Just let us know your requirements during the planning phase so we can prepare accordingly.
Can we do a late-night snack service only?
Yes! Our “Late Night Bus” service is a massive hit. We can roll in during the final 90 minutes of your reception to serve fresh sliders and fries to keep your guests energized on the dance floor.
How far in advance should we book our wedding date?
Wedding dates—especially Saturdays in the summer and fall—fill up 6 to 12 months in advance. We recommend reaching out as soon as your venue is secured to lock in the Burger Bus for your date.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Our trucks are true all-weather operations. If you’ve chosen indoor service, we typically set up under the venue’s existing cover. We always coordinate with your wedding planner to ensure a smooth “Plan B” setup if needed.
Do you provide plates and napkins for the wedding?
Yes, all wedding packages include high-quality disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery. Upgraded eco-friendly or high-end disposables are available upon request to match your wedding aesthetic.
Is there a travel fee for remote wedding venues?
We serve wedding venues across the country. A travel fee may apply depending on the distance from our nearest regional hub to your specific venue. We will provide a transparent travel quote during the booking process.
Do you offer wedding tastings?
Due to our mobile nature and high-volume event schedule, we do not offer private tastings. However, we have a stellar reputation and thousands of happy couples who can attest to our gourmet quality and consistent service.
What are the payment terms to secure our date?
To lock in your date, we require a non-refundable booking fee and a signed catering agreement. The final balance is typically due 14 days before your wedding day.
