Under HB 1076 (effective November 1, 2025), Oklahoma has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Oklahoma jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Quapaw, health is overseen by Ottawa County Health Department and fire by Quapaw's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Oklahoma recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the Town of Quapaw.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
